Super location: It is in the direct line between the railway station and the beach. We can easily walk from the station to the hotel (5 minutes with a down hill) and then walk down to the beach (8 minutes maximum) to enjoy the beautiful sea view. A supermarket is just one block away. I highly recommend it if you want to use Nice as a base to travel to nearby cities like Cannes and Monaco by train. My partner and I were very comfortable at the hotel even though we only stayed 2 nights within our itinerary. I chose the hotel due to value for money and it's great location near the beach, shops and restaurants. I would stay there again and recommend the hotel to anyone. -

Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and close to the railway station.
The staff were very friendly and helpful . The kitchen was well equipped which was great because we like to do a lot of our own cooking . It was very quiet . Just a short stroll to the shops. Would definetly recomend staying here.
