the staff was exceptional minus one french speaking lady who did not fit in with the rest. location was 2 min walk to champ elysses and close to all the shopping and restaurants. staff was super helpful and friendly and very welcoming. they booked us cabs for airport and advised us on what is good and what is not worth spendingg money on. i would definetly stay here again no doubt about it!

Nice smoll hotel.Near to Congress center.Lovely streets and restourants arround. - Excellent and quite location, nice and helpful staff, clean room, restaurants around the hotel, metro, bus and RER close too. Access to internet. Price is according to this issues. I would stay here again.

Well everything was great the moment we did arrive to the hotel, reception room is specious clean large with touch of the french decor,bed quality and pillows are great, bath room and specious with excellent towels. restaurants also very good especially the breakfast was rich,even the price is high but is good.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. It's in a walking distance to Ternes metro station. There is a market with food and fruits and two supermarkets just 200 metres away. Also, you can also walk to the famous champs élysée avenue.
