  One of the most enjoyable experiences in a hotel from a well-traveled couple. From arrival to departure, the staff was extraordinarily helpful and most unusual of all, seemed to enjoy being of assistance, no matter the triviality or the importance of the request. We had a problem with an airline [printing a boarding pass] and the staff worked tirel... what people say » essly until resolved. The rooms were beautifully designed [I'm a demanding architect] and kept immaculate by the energetic staff. Breakfast was 'icing - As soon as we entered the hotel, an inviting scent welcomed us. We knew at that instant that out stay was going to be pleasant. We liked the design details of the hotel. Every small detail was well thought-of. It looks as nice as in the pictures! Service was quite good as well. They provided for everything we needed: adaptors for chargers, room service, maps and directions for where we wanted to go to, and taxi service.

  The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably sized. It is close to the Paris train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est and a metro station is only steps away. The hotel is brand new, being open only 5 days when we arrived. It's not located in the best part of Paris but we didn't have any worries either. Rooms are modern and hip, bathrooms are huge by French standards and have both "rain" heads and hand showers. It's close to Gare du Nord and the Metro. Plus the staff are all wonderful and gracious, exactly what you'd hope to find. Big American breakfast in their dining room or can be enjoyed in room. Great Italian restaurant directly across the street.

We were upgraded on arrival to a gorgeous suite with a private sun terrace on the fourth floor, with a playstation and so many amenities. The gym was great as well, with lots of equipment.
