Just near to the train station, walk out, to your left, walk straight and your first right, just five minutes. And the beach, walk out, to your left and walk straight, about ten minutes. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, maybe because its in the city centre. The room was huge and comfortable. We even have extra pillows. The staffs are friendly and always there.
