I had stayed in different hotels in Lille before but finally found the one that I will definitely come back to next time.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been renovated and everything has a "new" look about it. The rooms are very well lit so reading in bed is not a problem. All rooms are easily accessible to wheelchairs - stairlift, elevator are available. The mattresses are very comfortable, I.E. not too soft. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lille, but in a side street so it was relatively quiet overnight.

  Top marks for this hotel - it was situated in the centre of everything and the staff were very personable and friendly. The room was perfect and had lovely views over the Centre. - everything was great - the location is perfect, the room was clean and charming - I will come back!
