the staff was exceptional minus one french speaking lady who did not fit in with the rest. location was 2 min walk to champ elysses and close to all the shopping and restaurants. staff was super helpful and friendly and very welcoming. they booked us cabs for airport and advised us on what is good and what is not worth spendingg money on. i would definetly stay here again no doubt about it!

Angelique ,our receptionist could have not have been more helpful! We arrived Saturday night, and had us booked into room 01 - unfortunately this is for disabled and although room was good, bathroom was set up for disabled person, with no cubicle or tub! everything open!

We love the responsiveness of the owners of the hotel. In addition to the requirements as to the quality and comfort of the hotel helped us in very specific things, such as booking restaurants and tickets to a show we were really wanting to go. whenever we return to Paris we will try to stay there!

Great place to stay, breakfast really good and plenty of it. Very accommodating for family's. Lots of hot water and room/whole building very warm. Area very close to Paris Nord 10euro taxi ride or 15 min walk. Metro in Paris not very kind to strollers if traveling make sure you take at 'quicksmart' or small stroller.

I liked the location because it's next to 2 metro stations... if you are arrivng by train the easiest way is to take the metro from Gare du nord to gare du l'est and you are right at the hotel's street. the breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but very good for starting the day. The room, which they upgraded at no cost, was quite large as was the bathroom. International newspapers to read along with your breakfast (not included but reasonable at 15 euros) and your morning was off to a great start. I'd definitely stay here again. There's a terrific restaurant next door as well called Cafe de l'esplanade.
