The hotel's location is absolutely ideal for a city trip, close to
everything, easy to reach by bus from the airport (stop Gustave v). We
had a quadruple room which was quite large and had two confortable king
size beds, we stayed for two nights and we will likely stay here again
if we come to Nice again. The breakfast place across the street offers a
simple but nice breakfast for a few euros.

It was in the heart of the city. Rate was very reasonable too. I could walk everywhere. The person at the desk was very helpful immediately upon my check in - taking a map to point out bus station (1 EU to Monaco), train station and the pedestrian areas.
