  We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Lafayette very much. Location is excellent - just a mere moment from Gare du Nord in a quiet side street. I imagine it may be a bit far from the centre to some people but the metro is just 2 min away and it will take you to Louvre in 10 mins. Breakfast is really really good, fresh juices, selection pastries, ham, cheese... what people say » , fruit, good coffee. This is the only hotel I found that had breakfast included and it was of such a great quality too. The room is basic but has eve - The room was compact and comfortable with a nice view of the Pierre Semard street, quiet and so typically Parisian. Breakfast was awesome, everything fresh and abundant. The staff very helpful. We really had a great stay at this hotel which I recommend to other travellers. Location, 5 minutes walking from Poissoniere metro station and 10 minutes leisurely walking to the Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. Great!

  The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was warm inviting, and clean and we appreciated the towels being changed everyday. The breakfast was excellent. The usual continental and good coffee. The staff were very discourteous. The hotel was central and close to two metro lines, few minutes away. This is very important to us, senior tourists.   The Location which central to tourist sites + the cleanliness of the room - The location was fantastic, the Scribe is an excellent hotel with very polite staff. The cleaniness of the rooms was very good and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

  We booked 3 rooms for an overnight stay in Paris, the hotel was very clean, helpful staff and comfortable, we did'nt have breakfast but was reasonably priced (for Paris) we'd stay in this hotel again. - I like vey helpful staff. Excellent location.
