  Reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. All queries - also tourist information - were attended to very well. Facilities are very clean. Space is limited in the room, but did not bother. Location is the best you can ask for. Busses are on the doorstep and can take you in any direction. The Gare l'Est station is also next door. The staff is very friendly and in case of early arrivals will keep your luggage so that you can go ahead and explore Paris. The view from our room was excellent and there are lots of eating joints nearby. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Very apt for people who want to explore the city.
