On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Wonderful greatly designed hotel with special atmosphere. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.

The hotel was very clean even though the room was not very large. Breakfast was really nice and we had a nice view from our room. - I really liked the location of the hotel and its easy access to train station and champs elysse.It is ideally situated.

Was not sure what to expect because some of the reviews were negative, but as a frequent Europe traveler, I found it better than expected and a good value - I mean, it is a 3 star, not a 5 - Hotel is in a lovely location with 2 stops on the metro to the centre. Outstanding staff, friendliness, cleanliness and the location is amazing. Very good deals available on this website for the hotel. The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none. Best accomodation of the 20 or so over my trip

The hotel was welcoming and very pretty. Even the lift was beautiful as it was lined with Louis Vuitton leather. The hotel also smelled wonderful (I know that sounds like a weird thing to say but it really did). My stay there was very special. The location was perfect, about a 2 min walk from the Tower and some amazing shops near by too. It is located near some really nice restaurants as well.
