  The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe.   The room was very pleasant -- spacious, good kitchen, big shower, balcony. Also, it is very close to a supermarket, which made cooking very easy.   I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The staff were outstanding, and the location of the hotel excellent. There is a supermarket closeby which was conveniently located. I also liked the kitchen.

  It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good.   Everything was wonderful, great location fantastic staff form those on reception to the staff in dining room at breakfast - all were superb! Especially Stephanie Lenoir who was extremely good and provided great customer service. Thank you - The view from the hotel was fantastic. The kitchen was also very useful since there is a supermarket closeby.... what people say » The hotel has good transport links and is close to metro. Staff were very helpful and spoke english very well.
