The staff kindlyhelped me call the emergency number and patiently waited forinstructions on how to release all of my travel clothing. The breakfast room was decorated in a pale yellow , patterned china cups and saucers took us back to a relaxed, gentle era. The rose garden and traditional sculptures were enchanting too. What a perfect "retreat" after enjoying the many things of interest in La Rochelle. We plan to return to the same hotel next year.

  This was a very, very nice hotel indeed. Extremely comfortable and the design features were greatly appreciated. We would definitely want to stay at this hotel again if we came back to La Rochelle. We booked on line and was'nt to sure about the location.Thankfully it was a fantasic location close enough to the town butfar enough away that we did'nt hear all the music on the front.   Cost seemed fair, staff was friendly and made every attempt to accommodate. They had free gym access. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms were renovated and breakfast cost was fare. - Location was excellent few meters from see. Cleanlest was excelent. Easy to find. They spoke Englis with no problem.
