It's a Suite Novotel, what's not to like? Generous sized rooms with the ability to have a couple of kids in one half separated with a curtain or screen. Free WiFi, car parking, brilliant price for a place only three stops from Eiffel Tower. Unlike some Suite Novotels, this one has a real bathroom and toilet not a plastic module. Will definitely return if back in Paris. Modern decoration and very functional; you got what you see in the exhibited pictures. Spacious room and bathroom, clean and comfortable with nice mini kitchen. Staff are friendly and helpful, proficiency in English. I'll certainly be back there for next Paris trip.
all reviews » Great room! It's the nicest hotel room we've ever stayed in. The free movie on demand system was great, a definite plus for a teenager, and I wanted to take the shower home with me. I enjoyed the breakfast, nice variety of food. Convenience of location - close to Paris centre without being in it. Central for Versaille and Paris and close to the train station and trams. A good breakfast, clean smart modern rooms. No noise. Location of hotel to central Paris via metro. Friendliness of staff. Modern interior of suite and cleanliness. Staff ability to speak and understand numerous languages well. Close to metro station. Good breakfast, helpful staff, safe area, just a few stops away from paris sites. Bathroom was large. I went from 0 to -1 via floor 8, 7, 5 and 0 (while there were no people on 7 and 5). Also, the breakfast didn't appeal to my daughter. There was nothing to dislike. Not enough tea bags for 2 people, only 1 provided each day along with 1 coffee and not enough milk. Bed was a little firm but comfy enough. Not enough closet space. Curtains not doors. Gave a hospital vibe. There is a RER station right across the street, but outside the metro zone, so it costs a little more, or you can walk about 20 minutes to a couple of other metro stations. Rooms at back noisy from trains,but not a problem to us. Would have liked a better choice of food as there is no restaurant. A little bit dirty ... no restaurant or bar. Internet - slow. However it was free so I guess not a lot to complain about. next to tram railway. low floor has noise. asked to change room from 2nd to highest. that solved problem. it is located at zone2, need to consider if travel with puble transportation for Paris visit. Internet. A member of staff was really rude towards us when we came back at the hotel at 2.30 am. He was not wearing any uniform and was not at his position to open the door, when we rang the bell for 5 minutes. Eventually he opened when we had to knock on the window. When hotel is full, smoking rooms are assigned to non-smoking guests. Smoking rooms smell and have cigarette stench just by entering the room. There was a small kitchen with a microwave, sink and kettle But not plates or cutlery and 4 paper cups a day. The car park was overpriced but our car was secure. should have found out how much to use the car park across the road. Parking. Nothing, but RER was not available during our stay, so needed to walk a long way to the center.
