Friendly and helpful staff. Near to Tram 12 (20 min. to Geneva center). Dish were clean and of good condition, suitable for cooking. Nice bakery near the hotel (working from 6.30 till 19.30). The room was cleaned once a week (on Friday). No problems with internet connection. All basic facilities. The location is excelent! It's about 20 meters from the swiss-france board and the tram station. The check in and check out was very fast. The public transport in Geneva is marvelous and quite cheap.

The facilities are excellent and provide exceptional services. My family reached the hotel outside the normal checking in time but there are people to assist me in checking in the hotel. Each time I travel to Geneva for meeting I love to stay at Geneva Residence. It is always comfortable and conveneint. The staff is friendly and helpful, the apartment is quite large and comfortable. The hotel is very close to Geneva. It was a block from the Swiss border in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping. staff are very nice, understanding, location is good and accessibility is good . We liked being able to stay in France (better financially) while visiting Geneva. Clean room, comfortable and easy access to Geneva through train and bus. At a very good position Adequate transport; Friendly staff; Clean. the location is not bad,and you have easy the connection to city. Location near the train to suisse. Very close 1 min to a tram station that goes to Genève. You have to take on the other side of the road the tram. Notice, if you travel on Saturday and Sunday, 1 ticket "Tout Genève" for 9 EUR is valid for 2 adults but only 1 day (till 5 a.m. of the next day). Children till 6 years (if I am not mistaken) don't pay. 2. TV with сable channels. 3. Microwave 4. We had two separate rooms in a flat, it is comfortable if you travel in 2 families. This place is fine if you're in Geneva and want a cheap place to stay. It's very basic but a step up from a hostel. It was clean had a kitchenette which was handy. The area, however convenient, feels a little sketchy at night. I wouldn't bring my family her on vacation but would stay again if I was alone on business. Very suitable location, about 100 m distant from swiss tramway terminal station Moiesullaz, just across the swiss-french border. Tramway takes about 20 minutes to Geneva downtown. Staying for more than 2 weeks, a highly reduced tramway pass is to recommend. Appartment allows to make some minor cooking. 1) Very convenient for tram and other transport facilities to the City Center. Journey takes about 25 mins. 2) Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. TV and Wi-FI in good working order. 3) Small restaurants and shops very near to the hotel. 4) Security was good. 5) Staff very helpful. The location just at the end of the Number 12 Tram line was great for exploring the city. A cheap daily travel card will get you in and out of the main areas and beyond and you can use all the trams, buses and boats. Its a great place if you are on a budget. Very close to the border. You walk out the front door and down a few steps, and you're across the border into Switzerland and to the tram that runs into Geneva. Rooms are apartment style, so you get good value for the money. The studio was OK, the bath needed a lot of repair though. Very good bed and very clean. Location in front of the tram which goes to Geneva and the price was the reasons why we booked it. 1) Location was good - last stop of 12th tram (goes from centre -Molard, Rive stops), takes 15 min to get to the center of Geneve 2) good value for money comparing to the hotels in Geneve. - Staff - location, far from city center, located in france border, but just 50 meters from bus stop and tram - valuable in expensive geneva - good for family. In the evenings after 20.00, there is no reception facilility. So I perplexed, it was so unsual and difficult for the visitors. The rest are mostly fine. Its location at the tram station on France border. Also the layout of the apartment was quite good with all basic facilities. The proximity to the communication lines leading to Geneva. Nothing. Nothing. A bit noisy when a window is open (my room faced a street, 5th floor). Nothing to mention...... The lift was not working on the day I was staying in the hotel. The room is not clean enough. In order to check in, you had to come before noon or after four. We waited to check in and the front desk clerk was unfriendly and seemed upset by us asking for assistance in making a local call. the bath tub needed unblocking and it took too long and all it needed caustic soda to unblock it. should be checked before letting. The room was a bit dark and cold. We did not really need the kitchen facilities. I find it interesting that despite assurance, i was not given athe boiler for making coffee; The schedule foe cleaning the rooms should be informed. it can be more clean. The check in timing is not practical and too late. The price was a bit steep, especially for the fact that you have to pay an extra 9€ for the parking space (mandatory given the neigborhood). Lighting not good.Kitchen not well equipped. There was big noise late night down in bar. I would prefer next time a room on opposite side. 1. Sofa was VERY uncomfortable for our friends, It was even almost broken, we had hardly opened it. 2. Shower mixer was broken, so it was not possible to take a shower....fortunately we stayed there only 2 nights. 3. Parking outside is always full and hotel doesnt't provide parking if you don't book it before and it costs 9 EUR! 4. So much-louded pastry shop was closed on Saturday and Sunday. In our appartment with frontview to square, very noisy till late in the evening, due to chatter, laughter, gists, etc. just below your window.(Strange enough; hotel administration does nothing to prevent this). Situated in a poorer area of the city. Quite a lot of apparently unemployed colored people loitering around the vicinity. The quality of the accommodation is good but very basic, don't expect too much. However the staff were great and very happy to help. Staff is only on hand part of the time. If you need help, you need to use a phone number they posted, though as a foreigner I could not figure out how to use the phones, even the one in the lobby, to reach the number. Parking space whould be included in the room rate. Very poor internet connection!. 1) check in time is inconvenient - after 16 is quite late. 2) no hair drier. - Late breakfast, start at 8 - far from expo and airport if u are there for business. The upkeep can be improved and table fans need to be provided in summer as Geneva gets a bit warm. The opening hours of the reception and the late check in time (16.00 hrs). The location of the room at the attic. The darkness in the room. Confused with the local currency between euro and swiss frank. No internet and after repeated complaints for three days, it was not fixed. Lift was out of order so had to climb 4 floors which was difficult especially for my old mother. Darkly lit room. Very basic. Booked for Geneva but actually a half hour tram ride or 40 euro taxi from main train station to appartment just on the French border. In the mornings the odour of fresh bread (good), in the afternoon and evening the pervasive odour of pepperoni pizza. Even though the room was for non-smokers, there was a heavy smell of cigarette impregnated in the walls. In the morning, there was a terrible noise which woke us up at 6:30 in the morning. At the end, we had to take our trash or pay an extra-tax of 36E for cleaning services. The surroundings of the hotel seems to be a gang, we were afraid to take a walk in the evening. Rooms were too compact. There was no space to walk. Breakfast was very poor. Female staff at the Reception looked at us as we have used their facility free of charge. No smile in her face. It was very unpleasant to see her behavior early morning. Taxi driver took the most longest way to drop us to the Airport and charged Euro 85 from the Hotel to the airport. 1. Furniture is old and dirty. 2. They gave us (4 of us) one key card that opens room's door, the stairs' door to the garage and also you need it to call the elevator. So we weren't be able to go anywhere separate in the time when the reception is closed. Someone has to go with you to call the lift. 3. The neighborhood is full of weird people. Late check in at 4pm. Bathroom not clean and water didn't go out quickly so at the end of your shower you are standing in a bath!. loud people on the street all night internet connection very poor. Room 311 Electric plugs hanging out from the walls, thank God we was without kids. To have shower impossible because showerhead holder was broken. This studio need a lot of updating. This studio doesnot look at all what you show in the photos! And there was note that we have to wash dishes and traw rabish after we will check out. It's in France not in Geneve, just on the border. The reception closed in the middle of the day and early in the nigth. The surrondings doesn't look very safe. Location for family is not suitable especially the environment in the evening. The room had ants on the bed and bathroom. Utensils had rust. It was also very noisy with sound travelling between rooms. The seating was very small and inconvenient. Apartment was not clean. It was very noisy guests drinking in the yard. Almost everything in this Residence is bad. Is extremely expensive considering what they offer: dirty rooms, corridors without light, terrible smells in the room, old facilities, bad equipped kitchen very poor wifi and a bad neighborhood with a lot of aimless youths and dangerous people hanging around For some more money you can stay in a decent place in Geneva. In short words: don't book here. Dirty room, bad smell, ants and cockroaches in room. Bad and noisy neighborhood. Everything was bad. The smell, the cleanest. Believe me this not for normal people. No climatization and the temperature was really high. Impossible to open the window to noisy outside. The place is a dump. WIFI internet access did not work. One night I arrived at my room and it did not have electricity. Total darkness! Don't stay here. You'll be sorry if you do.
