Smart clean and welcoming - slightly different from a standard hotel - will be really good when the full development is complete. New nice clean hotel, good parking place, peaceful location. Excellent although lacking in small details (see below). smart, clean, use of kitchenette. Value for money. Breakfast. The infrastucture (roads en signs) is not in place yet.Cost,locality. Ran out of hot water. A bit difficult to find. It would have been nice to have been provided with some coffee for usein the provided coffee machine as arriving late you may not have hadtime to pick up some yourself and bearing in mind the location there areno local shops to "pop out" to get supplies. It would also have beennice to have been supplied with a dish cloth and washing up liquid and atea towel for use in the kitchenette.Don't expect a city-centre hotel (I did not) so you actually need a car, You don't get a luxury breakfast (it is a simple and correct breakfast). The hotel was in the middle of a constrution site...NOT The viewsindicated by the photos on the web site!!!!! View of dirt piles andconstruction materials was unacceptable without prior warning.not easy to find. In the middle of a building site (but should be better by next year). On site construction. Hard to find, on a building site, poor quality all round.
