The garden is large with a magnificent display of plan - It was self-contained with a small kitchen area and fridge so we could make our own breakfasts with the croissants supplied fresh each morning. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners and they were very helpful with advice on where to go and what to see & do. It was very close to the shops, bars and restaurants.

  The Receptionist was extremely kind and helpful in getting us an extra single mattress, so that my disabled wife could get in and out of bed unaided. We think that the breakfast selection was the best that we have come across. Good English television choices. - We stayed in Ibis one night while traveling around Normandy.   La Maison de l'Epousée B&B is a haven of peace just a few minutes away from Abbeville. We used this as a stopover while travelling North to Belgium and what a relaxing place it was. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and much of it home-made. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. If you get the chance to stay here, do not miss it. - We received a lovely welcome from the owner. The room was decorated beautifully, bathroom superb. Unusually for french rooms there was a kettle in the room with a good selection of beverages and dog biscuits for our dog! Breakfast was continental, croissants, bread, ham, cheese and dairy and plenty of it. Overall a very relaxing overnight stay which we will take advantage of next year.

  Probably the nicest place we've stayed at for ages. The accommodation is like a little annex to the main house complete with a bathroom and separate toilet all beautifully decorated. The owners are wonderful, so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom has French doors opening out onto a patio in the garden. We will certainly make a point of visiting again! - Our hosts were an extremely friendly and outgoing couple. Their house is charming and the back garden is marvelous with a lovely terrace to sit out on and relax. A knowledge of some French would be useful but they do speak a little English. The breakfast was excellent. Be sure to try all the homemade jams and cupcakes! One of the best places we stayed.

Abbeville is well located for visiting the coast and the Somme valley. We had a very pleasant two nights.
