Zora, the Manager, was incredible and went above and beyond her duty. The trip would not nearly have been as great without her. The accommodation was also very affordable given how expensive the area is, and had everything one would require for a ski trip (heat, good shower, breakfast included)

Walls are very thin so it can get quite noisy.

All the Staff spoke some English and were helpful and accommodating where they could be The water was really hot - much appreciated Great convenient location with underground larking available.

The toilet was in a poor state of repair and needed fixing (which it was - at second time of asking) The room was actually too hot and hard to adjust so I needed to open the window despite the winter conditions

The hotel had a really friendly atmosphere, made by the staff and it's cleanliness. Great breakfast too!

Unfortunately the carpets often became damp in the evenings which was unpleasant to walk on.

Location close to main lifts and amenities.

Cold, beds awful, room disgracefully apaulling. No security. Dark corridors. Holes in wall where sockets hung out. Toilet grubby . Like poor student backpack hostel.
