I have made payment in cash.After trip I realised that my account has been debited and there is no explanatrion for what. When I contacted hotel the person was not able to speak in english. There were difficulties to find english speaking person.

The coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned from previous uses.

Very friendly and dedicated manager. Only economy hotel in the neighbourhood of the Lyon airport. Convenient free shuttlebus connection, only takes 5 minutes

So close from the airport, very quiet and clean, friendly staff

Quite easy to take the navette from the hotel to the airport, butcomplicated the other way round. The signs in the airport made us waitat the wrong place
