The staff is incredible; extremely helpful, friendly and always
aiming to please. The location is also a strong point–just moments
from the free public bus and the town center. Overall, this was a
good place, particularly for the value and cleanliness in a rather
expensive ski town.
Situated right near Chamonix Sud bus stop, great for skiers. Kitchen has
all needed to stay about week. 4-Person room is really good for 2
persons. You should check out from hotel till 11:00 but you could leave
your stuff in the corridor for the rest of the day.all reviews »
The work of the staff was excelent. We arrived in 2:00 am, but they descibe us, how can we enter the hotel, find keys and spend our night in the hotel, not in the car. They give us valuable advices.
Staff was very friendly and their responsiveness to requests was good. Parking facilities in the basement were good. Room was clean and sufficiently equipped.
Pull out couch was comfy. The place is very small, but quite cozy and
for a short stay, it was very nice.

The proximity of the residence made access to the town and the ski bus very convenient.

Sleeping arrangements included just bunk beds and a pull-out sofa bed,
but when you're skiing all the day in the French Alps you fall
asleep quickly no matter where you lay your head.
Really small room for 4 persons, it's not possible to put 4 pairs of
skies to the ski holder. For 2 - no problem. Really bad sofa to sleep
on, we take mattress from double-level bed. Internet is not free and not
always could connect from the rooms.
Internet is awful. It was not so expensive, just 20 euro for a week, but it's quality was very very very bad.
The room would have been much cosier if there had been a rug or something on the floor to make it feel warmer. Ski lockers were too small.
This place requires that you buy your own toilet paper--I've never
stayed at a placed that made you do this. Very odd. The reception hours
a very limited.

Whereas the apartment was spotlessly clean, the stairs and corridors were in a state of disrepair and in need of immediate attention!.
Not all the bed linen where available in the apartment so we had to

information about cleaning and departure - different information in
different folders from both letsbookhotel.com and the Pierre Vacance.
After a long journey I had to make to bunk beds for the kids.

You make the beds. You clean everything before you go but you have to buy the cleaning equipment. No towels; they're extra. Limited times to check in/ check out. Internet available but you pay an independent company and if it doesn't work it's hard to resolve. All the above needs to be made clear before you book.
Were given a room for four, Had two bunks plus sofa bed pretty small
room not nice staf were helpful manage to change to a seven person room
much nicer plenty of room unfortunate floor was dirty no toilet paper no
washing up cloth, detergent ,tea towels.Ask for a mop to clean floor,no
mop given a small cloth to clean floor.Made me realize must read all
comments and description of hotels more through.

For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service until 18:00. Flat-screen TV, made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service are included in these short stay rates.
Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

Prices include : accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), bed linen, cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax ) and free basic WiFi (for up to 5 devices).
Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot, 1 high chair. Subject to availability.
After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.
