Rooms were like typical Austrian/Swiss chalets. Lots of wood. Location was great, close to the town and close to the main chair lifts. Comfortable. Nice staff.
No mini fridge although it was so cold outside we just left our drinks on the table outside.

I liked the location, it's very conveniently located within walking distance of everything in Chamonix. Also, the Hotel was very clean and the rooms were beautiful with a great view of Mt. Blanc.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived. The rooms are a good size, comfortable, clean and the bathroom is huge!
The breakfast was an expensive extra therefore we didn't have it. There is a fantastic little café a couple of minutes walk away where you can buy breakfast and a tea/coffee for 3 euros!

Lovely hotel within a few minuties walk of chamonix square. When pricing up numerous hotels this worked out fantastic value for money. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. Would stay again when I next plan a skiing holiday to Cham!
Maybe a few more british tv channels as I was home early everyday after a busy day on the slopes! But that's being picky
Very comfortable and welcoming staff made the stay outstanding. The breakfast also was of superior quality and care. Mostly inventive and homemade assortment of foods very well prepared and presented.

I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the hotel: its like we've been to fairy tale! The view on the Mountain from the balcony was just perfect! I liked the cleanliness, the super breakfast for only 15 euro! The staff is more than pleasant and stands ready to help 24/7! the smell of wood is everywhere and just adds extra positive into your holidays! The location is really great!!!
During the winter vacation you really care about being warm. Unfortunately, the dining area in the hotel is quite chilly and I was urged to wear a thick jumper during the eating. Same for sauna and spa area as well as the room for ski equipment. After you get out of sauna, you expect the continuing warmness, yet you find yourself in a cold room)))
Almost everything, feels like you are at home.
- Wi-Fi was very slow, though for a vacation in mountains it's a plus) - quite pricey
