The wonderful staff member who checked us in - the friendliest we encountered anywhere in our three week trip. We upgraded our room to a mountain view, and were rewarded with a view of the mount Blanc on our second morning. Room was small but comfortable. Location was outstanding, including the on-site parking. The Hotel is very well-located, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix, and car parking was available on-site. Our room was small, but adequate, with views to the mountains. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfasts were pleasant. There is lift access to the upper floors.

Great staff and great mountain view from my room and safe parking. Chamonix is a lovely place to visit and stay. The quite location on the top floor{as I am a Senior}The Staff were very helpfull,friendly,even helping me with another booking at a different Resort.The Breakfast was very adequate,was always offered more ,if I wanted it.The room was serviced every day to a high standard. Excellent location: right in town, few mins walk to many shops/ cafe/ restaurants & ski lifts/ slopes. Recently renovated. Clean. Friendly efficient staff. Simple yet sufficient breakfast buffet at additional 9€, wifi at 1€/day. (2 star rating: no fridge, no kettle). Rooms were well kept. Bathrooms were brand new with decent fittings. The heating worked perfectly. Breakfast was decent and the food fresh. Wifi was only €1 for the weekend. Close enough to the slopes and the bus station for additional slopes. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to not only help us but also tell and even show us some of the highlights in the village. Beds were super comfortable also and location great for the bars and restaraunts!. This hotel has recently been re-fitted so it was a lot nicer than we expected. Warm, comfortable and friendly. The guy from the reception desk was one of the most helpful I have ever met. The hotel is in an ideal location, rooms are clean and the one we got was with the Mont Blanc view. Breathtaking!. Superb location, great staff, decent breakfast (€9), WiFi (€1 per day). We could see Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi from our windows, and we even had a balcony. I arrived late at night and there was unexpected snow. I called the staff and they were very helpful to locate the hotel and help me park my car. Incredible value for money. Heater rigged to allow only low heat. Can be noisy. The bed was a little small but I didn't expect more, I'm also 6'4". The parking was a little difficult to get in and out of!. Experience is needed to get in and out and when it is full of cars it is even harder, but if one looks at it as a challenge, than it is ok :)). Beds a tad hard. breakfast is so simple ,and not match the price $12. No window in the bathroom. Car park very difficult to access & the breakfast is very basic . Somewhat pricey but that's probably because of the season and the location. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast -- for the price. Had to repeatedly ask for shampoo to be replaced daily!. Tight car park Cumbersome to have to pay a euro per day for wifi Noise from bar in the basement. the bar in the basement was very noisy until 2-3 in the nights, the breakfast could be better for 9 Euros. Reception desk staffing. The room was very noisy. The grocery store outside the window started moving produce at 5 am. There was a lot of noise until 1 am in the street. The price for the location was too expensive.
