The apartment was very spacious set on two levels. The appointments and equipment was very good and included essentially every thing up to 4 people could ask for. There was no need for a bond payment, as the apartment was administered by the hotel which was just a few steps away. Car parking was perfectly adequate, off-street, and well positioned so the car was visible from the apartment windows.

This accommodation was superb-there is nothing negative we could say! The apartment was luxurious,the facilities wonderful the beds extremely comfortable,the private car park perfect, the views magnificent-need i go on? The hotel also is situated just minutes walk away from the town centre-ideal!!. The apartment was spacious, well maintained and well equipped, with comfortable beds, great shower, good size kitchen and would be suitable for a family or group of friends.Lovely views from the balcony and in a great location . Apartment was spacious, clean and modern. The facilities were excellent. It was really well located, close to the bars, restaurants and shops. It was also a short walk to the drag lift to take you up to the main bubble. We had 2 couples and the 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus full kitchen was perfect..very short walk to town for dinner...great breakfast buffet, quiet area off the Main Street....short drive to Mont Blanc... The facilities were very good, especially a kitchen. The location was very good and very convenient for shopping. Though a bed room was under ground, it was comfortable to sleep. Apartment well equipped by hotel for stay, including towels, cleaning equipment. large fridge freezer a bonus.Two minute walk to supermarket and the centre of Chamonix. There was nothing really to not like, though a toilet in each of the two bathrooms would have been good - there was only one, this being in the bathroom on the upper level. A washing machine might possibly be installed in future to complete the equipment. Firm beds; restricted view in one direction.lack of instructions on how to use the central heating thermostat and hot plates. Nothing. There was a phone provided but no telephone line socket so unable to use to even contact reception which is in a separate building, and if we required a cha fe of heating temperature, necessary to contact reception to have this done. The showers were very badly designed...crazy style, no walls and impossible to keep the whole bathroom floor from flooding...staff is aware of the problem and gave us a huge squeegee to push the water to the drain!. Lack of wardrobe and cupboard space 2nd Bedroom. Would like some hanging facilities in main bedroom. But a minor glitch in a very nice place to stay. The apartment has got two Levels The downstairs has got shower but not a toilet. Only two points - lack of place for belongings, clothes etc, and flood in the bathroom if tap is fully opened. the time for sauna is too short. Nothing. Internet.
