  The room was small but comfortable. The staff was helpful. The view was fabulous and the restaurant was excellent. - Great location, excellent car park and restaurant. Friendly staff. Allyou need is in the room.

  Being an apparthotel we had complete flexibility to "eat in" rather than find a restaurant every night as there was a small and surprisingly well-equiped kitchenette with all that we needed in the way of utensils for light meal preparation; this also made our stay in Cacassonne very economical. The location is good as the hotel is on the main road... what people say » into Carcassonne coming on the motorway from Narbonne; it is also only short distance from the mediaeval cité. The indoor pool and sauna were a bonu - The hotel has a large internal parking available and is within walking distance from the medieval city. The staff is friendly and helpful: there was a problem with the room they assigned us - twin beds instead of a double one - and they were very accomodating, and quick in finding a solution. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and it was very clean and spacious, with a large balcony and a stunning view of the fortified ramparts. The bathroom was well-furnished and immaculate.
