  Small and very cute hotel, felt like home. The owners were really nice and helpful with anything we needed. You can see it's a family owned hotel and they care about their clients. Breakfast was not included, but very good and not expensive at all compared to other hotels. Location is great, 3 min away from Rue d'Antibes and another 3 to the Crois... what people say » sette. Also, they had free parking in front of the hotel, which is great considering the parking spaces in Cannes, but of course you need to book it i - The hotel 7 min walk inside from the grand hotel has a great location and service! The owners Eugiene and Jean were extremely kind and lovely people who went out of their way to help us with everything. The french breakfast is also a very nice assortment. The room which we had was small but nicely furnished and very clean. The garden is also well kept and the efforts of the staff very visible.   The setting is lovely - green and away from the bustle of Cannes but near enough to walk into Cannes (as long as you don't mind a bit of walk and can cope with a hill which we can).The pool, though not large, was great for our 12 year old who spent the mornings in it. Very green and relaxing. Charming old style décor. L - I liked the location very much! In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away.   Not far away from the centre and very clean and safe surrandings - ifother hotels that we stay in had the same facilities we would be morethan happy! - The hotel manager was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms clean.
