My wife and I stayed 5 nights in a Pristige room on the 10th floor with sea view. Everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend reserving a sea view room vs a north facing room.

The staff in lazy and sometimes don't want to do their work as they should have done. As the hotel positions itself as a luxury one, they definetely should do that. Impossible to have a dinner in the hotel - might have booked some places for hotel residents
Location (right on the sea front), nice garden, spacious and stylish room.
The toilet was very small - the door nearly hit the WC when open. One day my room was made-up only in the afternoon after I complained. I had instances when the staff could not answer my questions straight away and did not seem to bother about it.
Le Grand Hotel in Cannes is a great hotel with warm and welcoming staff. The location is superb and the rooms were spacious and very clean. We loved it. And, this was at least our tenth trip to Cannes but a first at this hotel. We had a sea view and a city view room and they were both wonderful. Don't expect Las Vegas type of new super buildings. The atmosphere surpasses the facade.

Very comfortable for offering what we were looking for, private beach, gourmet and excellent service. Special thanks to consierge team for organizing our Porsche to the service to change the windscreen. The service was really friendly and personal. Nous vous sommes extrêmement reconnaissants.

Staff is more than friendly and helpful. Very large room. Clean with wonderful seaview. Garden with lots of comfortable seats. Perfekt for a drink. Beach and city are next door.

1. Noisy air conditioner.(Too noisy sounds from street to keep opened window over the night). 2. Old interior in 225 room. 3. Water in the bath did not run down. 4. Has no fitness. 5. Has no swimming pool. 6. "Grand Hotel" - it's great name , but not for this building. Outside is ugly.
