The location is fabulous, the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable. great location, reasonable price and good facilities. comfort, helpfull staff, good location. Very comfortable hotel.Position and comfort. Excellent location, next to the Carlton and 2 minutes walk to the Croisette and beach. Staff were helpful, friendly and all spoke excellent English. Breakfast was very good although dreadfully overpriced at 20 euro's. Superb range restaurants all within minutes walk. Private parking very useful. Would stay here again.

Outside space. Price of breakfast (although in fairness, all food and drink in Cannes is pricey, it cost 100 euros for 4 of us to have panini's, chips and a beer at a local cafe!!!). the lifts are rather small. A recomendation. when guests return after eg eating out a complementary nightcap. reason-- lobby and bar area "dead" no athmospher at night. Pool area small, didn't get the sun...we were there in late September though. The hotel although nice and comfortable has small rooms and does not feel like a 4 stars but rather 3 stars. they would charge too much on food, e.g. one ham sandwich plus a soft drink would cost 25 euros.Noisey. Especially coming from the washing, drying and service shed in back of the Carlton Hotel just across the street. The breakfast was way too expensive, at the rates the hotel charge, this should have been included. accuracy is the key to success .the hotel failed. I could not get the exact phone number of my room except after 3 trials with the reception .I could not use the phone to the outside of hotel even though i asked the reception. my family called me few times and they answered them they dont have such person in the hotel . A/Cacclimatisation never worked right,although I asked the reception about it.
