Immaculately clean, very pleasant bilingual staff, breakfast in bed and a well stocked mini bar, everything we needed for our one night stay. - Staff was supremely helpful.   It is advertised as a 2 star Hotel, and that is precisely correct. This is a very good tourist class hotel. It is ideally situated for seeing Bordeaux, and represents excellent value for money. It is a bit thin walled, but again, for the price, I can not complain.   For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel. The free breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were OK. ... what people say » I liked the idea of keeping the towels for ecological reasons. The hotel is staffed 24h a day. - Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!

  the staff were very helpful for ordering us taxis and keeping our luggage they could not do enough for our group - Ideal for our night over. The room was quite small but not complaining for the price. Good value.
