The hotel staff where really nice and called us a taxi to the airport on our return. Having mixed up our rooms(my fault) we got offered a free breakfast however when we told them that it was our fault we was still given the free breakfast. Beds where comfortable although it was two singled pushed together. Was close to the metro and didn't take long to get into the centre of Paris. Value for money was excellent, rooms where spacious, modern and everything new.
all reviews » its located in paris suburb and well connected by TRAM, BUS and METRO. the staff is polite.the hotel offers you well furnished studio apartments which are affordable.you can cook yourself and buy groccery from local store. paris centre is 30 minutes away by metro. its new hotel..so you can still smell paint. We enjoyed our stay, the staff were excellent, I wish I bought them chocolate to say thanks, I will try and remember next time. Close to metro, bus and tram, supermarket near metro, restaurant and shopping near., very clean, nice kitchen facilities, my first experience of apartment style hotel and its great. Fantastic new hotel, obviously there will be some teething problems which i hope will be dealt with like leakages in foyer and doors closing with a BANG. Altogether I had a lovely stay and hoping to be back in the near future. Hopefully the price will still be reasonable then to fit my budget .....lol. The hotel was nice and clean, staffs were friendly. But there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. There is no restaurants around the hotel and no dining facilities in the hotel, which I found quite not friendly to stay. new appart hotel, fully equipped kitchen, 5-6 min ( walk ) to the metro station Pablo Picasso Bobigny ( Auchan supermarket is there ), Lidl is 25 min walk via the main Av. Paul Vaillant to the Rue de Stalingrad. the hotel was very good for the price we paid. everything was new, it was close to the metro bobogny pablo picasso and everything looked just like in the pictures we saw on letsbookhotel.com. Fresh, new accommodation and comfortable studio with kitchen facilities. Very good location (by the tram station, 3 min of walk to the station of metro). i had book this hotel and it was a very good twin room with incredibly low cost. near with metro and shopping centre. maybe price would be increased. The hotel has just opened. Therefore everything was new and clean. I cross my fingers so that the hotel keeps its good standard even in the future. The room was lovely! We had all the facilities needed to be able to cook and everything worked. Everything about the room was perfect. It is close to the station and was really value for money. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this to any one. 1) Transportation is very near 2) There is a Halal fast food restaurant nearby 3) You can cook in the apartment. When we first arrived to the hotel the taxi man warned us of the area and told us not travel around at night which was a little unsettling, the area itself was quite run down. Bed was not made and bin not emptied on arrival. Our key opened another door on our floor. Noisey at times. since there are no boards like a typical hotel advertisement its difficult locate.best would be to get down at the local tram stand after you get down at Bobbigny metro station/bus stand. It was difficult to locate on arrival, it will be nice if sign post can be placed at metro station. fortunately, I read a lot of review before travelling, the bus drivers wanted me to get on the bus for another 35 mins which I refuse because I already read on the online review that it was only about 7 minutes walk from metro stop bobigny Picasso. Was very DISAPPOINTED not having wifi in my room as stated " wifi all over " Hopefully this will be resolved. I'd be willing to pay a subscription fee to have that facility in my room next time. hotel is new, but still not have proper insignia on building. Wifi only in the foyer. Noise. Of air-conditionning and also of construction site that was just next to our room. Moreover, the view of our window lead to disgusting bins where rubbish was everywhere (not just in those bins). We have an advice: a jug kettle in the room. The staff were incredibly slow, there was always a queue in the lobby. It advertised free wi-fi but that was only if you had a laptop to connect, didn't work on a phone. There wasn't a kettle as advertised. There was confusion with unlocking the door which we noticed with other couples, but nothing was explained when we were given our key. We had to ask for more toilet roll. Our room wasn't cleaned once the 5 nights we were there. (Our bin was full!). There is no WIFI in the rooms. 1) You need to clear your dumpster on the last day 2) No daily room service. wi-fi is available only in the hotel lobby. Wifi only in the lobby. no wi-fi in rooms. No wifi in room... no wi-fi. My booking number is 636639768 and I faced very arrogant behavior by on duty manager , when I asked why was forced to pay an extra night / in addition to already paid / . Receptionist lady was very cooperative. Mentioned above manager stated "no business card" as I requested such ...so sorry- can not tell his name , but shift was 21'st evening and ...up to you ...but very, very arrogant... - Okay, you are at Bobigny - so after sunfall maybe even the footway to the metro station might make some people become afraid - however, personally so far I never had any problem when I stayed there - the cleaning personnel should change the water for mopping the floor from time to time, an empty container for hair and shower gel in the shower is not really helpful. All tv channels are in french, you just can't any of the station if you do not speak french. Apartments not sound-proof and could be noisy. the location is kind of bad. people said this zone in paris is not so safty, but anyway that happens in case, when we stay there in 2 days, these safty things don't bore us. the second is the wifi only used in the lobby~~. Ugly part of the city. A little fairer from center (3rd metro zone). Clean lady comes after 6 days which is not enough. Wi-fi only in the hole. Two beds instead of one big bed. No wifi in the room. I had a problem with coming back inside the hotel late at night without a card (my friend was in the room). no internet in the rooms ( the wired one .. wi fi was as such not available.. ) .. made me change the room but still that room also internet was not working in the room .. i stayed for 4 nights but they internet matter could not be solved . they did not bother to inform the technician who i think comes once a week .. also had only one iron and ironing board for all the apartments .. i could not get that through out my stay .. finally left a day earlier. Distance to the city Not a nice neighborhood Some of the staff speak only french. Lousy internet connection (wired), no wifi in the apartments. cleanliness, wi fi is only at hall near reception. 1.It as advertsied under CDG Airport hotel and was misrepresented due to distance. 2. No signage -Taxi coud not find it. Website doesn't provide actual laoction from city or airport or method of transport to access these locations. 3. Breakfast croissants were dry and kitchen looked too small to cope with busy breakfast time-no cutlery ,plates or cups available. 4.Suggest breakfast delivered night before to rooms. Not a nice area to stay. Our car has been broken in where it was parked in the hotel undergound carpark. Room is stuffy, we tried to open window to get fresh air, but it was too noisy to sleep due to the traffic. We stayed in a double bed room, but the bed is a conbination of 2 single bed, which is not comfortable at all. Hotel is still buiding up, a lot of works aound. Hotel policy is that you have to clean kitchen after yourself or they will charge you cleaning services!? How even to comment that, except it is cheap and what can you expect... We were also early after opening, so it was seriously dirty, especially in room. As it is apartment type hotel, they change your sheets and towels every 6 days. Very slow check in process.No cleaning during 6 days stay.Only two lifts for many rooms make . the guests suffering. Non helping people in the reception .
