Rooms were well decorated and clean. Staff in the reception were really friendly. We had electricity problem in the apartment and they fixed it immediately.

It is a bit far from the car parking area and shuttle is a must if you are not backpacker.Keep in mind, Car parking, Shuttle, towels in the apartment, sauna in the residence are all extra. By adding these extras you might find better options in Avoriaz...
small size of the appartment.
Shabby interior. Uncomfortable beds, the double bed promised was two singles pushed together. The block was at the very top of the resort: access to the village centre was down several dangerously slippery staircases, access back up was by using 4 long escalators, none of which worked while we were there. Maybe not the block's management's fault but overall we felt utterly ripped off by Pierre & Vacances.
