Price/quality ratio of this hotel was very good (Paris' hotels are in general very expensive). Do not expect the most luxurious hotel with all facilities, but if you want a clean and relatively new hotel (2011) with all basic amenities for a price which is humble compared to sky high priced hotels within the Boulevard Perepherique, than you're at the right address. Casino supermarket is just 2 minutes walking, Gabriel Peri metro/bus station is 5 min walking. From there, light blue metro line nr.
all reviews » The location is not in the city centre, but a 10 minutes walk and a 15 minutes metro ride brings you to the city centre. Halfway the hotel and the metrostation (Gabriel Peri) you can find 2 supermarkets, a bakery and a chinese restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Although you can park outside for free it's better to park in the secured parking area for € 10 per day. The hotel is in a quiet and quite safe area. Hotel was fine, also in a quiet area with a large supermarket about 2 mins walk away. Staff were very friendly and offered help where needed. Hotel bed was comfortable and kitchenette was great, nice size fridge to keep drinks etc in. TV all french channels but there is a channel that plays music videos in the mornings. The hotel was nice, quiet and warm. Overall good hotel for the price, would stay again. We were very satisfied with our stay. It was very conviniet that you get you small apartment with the possibility to cook. Quite big supermarket called Casino is just 1 minute walk. The hotel is new that is why all the enterior is new and working fine, to Gabriel Peri metro station just 5 minutes walk and on metro some 15 minutes to Paris centre and main touristic sights. Quiet district, a little bit far from the city center but there is metro station in 5 min walk which could bring you to Champs Elysees in 15-20 min. Under ground secure parking at a nominal fee was a blessing. Self service laundry facility on site also a plus. 1. The room is very spacious, super clean, well-equipped, comfortable bed and soundproof. 2. The wifi is fast & free, 3. There is a huge hypermarket (Casino) nearby the hotel, 4. It was really worth the money we spent. We would definitely coming back again. The front desk people know english and they try to help you no matter what you desire (inclusive hair dryer). It will take at least 40 minutes by changing two metro trains to reach the hotel from Eiffel tower. There was no hairdryer in the room. Nothing. One day there was a strong cooking smell in the hall that came from another room, but was gone next day. No air conditioning, so would be very warm on hot summer days. The kitchenette could have done with a kettle to boil water for tea!. Indeed I missed a water boiler on the room. Other than that, no further dislikes. The cleaning is made after 7 days (it is a too long period). Beds were a little hard and only had one pillow each. We are just used to a little more support. Due to a lack of street parking the singing in process is difficult. I had to drive in circles while my wife went through the registration process. Actually nothing. The only one thing annoying. They have Free Internet connection and you must enter the loooong username and password every 12 hours. It isn't walking distance to the main spots, but it is well worth it for a good nights sleep!. Wish the hotel private parking can accomodate bigger cars. Wifi access is a bit slow and difficult. The room is not being cleaned everyday. The annoying noise of the ventilator. It could keep you awake for some hours. We placed the kitchen towel on it, as the technician never came, and finally silence!. cleaning once per week, no kettle. They only provided one towel kit for two persons. Additional towels cost extra . I think it was 5 euros per kit. I did not like that during the time of our stay was never cleaned the room. we had to take out the garbage itself. - limited choice of restaurants in the area - noisy aircon. I booked further out of Paris than I thought but the hotel was on a metro line which was great. No hairdryer in the room. Lack of air conditioning in apartment. No cleaning of room during stay and no equipment to do own cleaning. Ventilation fan is loud and it's impossible to turn it off. For extended stays there is no room service. Towel/toilette papier replacement is inconvenient. Unfortunately the distance to the center of Paris was a bit farther than I expected. Noisy ventilation, 25 min. to the center. Nothing. room wifi of 212 is very weak for ipad. drop off from internet every minutes. not much to do nearby (need to go by crowded metro). It was maybe a bit out of the way and it took a while to get to the tourist places, but it also meant that it was quiet - which I liked. It would have helped if there were cleaning equipment in the apartment as 7 days can be long if no-one cleans and one doesn't even have a broom. Bedding is not great plus you should provide extra pillows. Also Air con does not work and it becomes too hot in summer. Kitchen exhaust not sure if it works. Shower area should have a cube instead of just curtain as the whole bathroom becomes wet. Studio room is very small for 2 people. The room didn't had any iron but the staff from the hotel advised they are able to provide us one if needed. The staff member forgot to give us the code for the main door of the hotel so we had to ring when we got in late. Hotel is a little hard to find. When we arrived we saw the banner at the entrance was saying it's 2 stars. Room cleaning policy; If you stay 1-3 nights it is included, for 4-7 nights you can ask it as an extra and it cost 15/20€, for over 8 nights they just clean your room once a week. No hairdryer. And most important thing, if you have trouble to sleep do not stay at this hotel.Building has its own air conditioning system which you cannot turn down and that makes a lot of noise.I was able to sleep with ear plugs. Staff was not available most of the time. Customer service skills should improve. No air conditioning, hot summer will kill you.
