Mine was a hastily arranged trip to visit my daughter, working in Antibes. What I got was a brilliant 5 day break. I picked out BdlB from a number of websites whose customers rated the place highly. Better still, the offer I took up made it about the cheapest in town and included breakfast The welcome and everything in the hotel was great. Spotless, comfortable double room, spacious en-suite, air conditioning, continental breakfast outside under the shade of the awning or trees, lots of help .
all reviews » The hotel is very nice place owned by lovely family, so it has very nice home feeling. It is situated in very quite place. Maybe it is a bit far from the sea but is was not important to me because I was travelng by car and during low season. The hotel has a free parking as well. Free inet all over the hotel and quite fast but from time to time it was turning off by it self. In general I would really recommend this hotel for those who want quite and relaxing time and don't need close distance t. The place is well outside of the town of Antibes and at a roughly similar distance to Biot village. It is wonderfully quiet and away from the hussle. Isabelle and her husband are very helpful and even picked me up from Antibes as I was not aware of Biot being the closest train station. It felt like a wonderful little immersion in Provencal life whilst also being within easy access to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The little medieval village of Biot is also a little gem. The staff is very keen and friendly and always willing to lend a hand.They are the best I have been with.Isabel and Frank is kind and loving and caring.the rooms are always clean and neat and surroundings are closeby.they even give you a travel idea and history off nice places too viset.I WILL COME BACK ANY TIME THANK YOU ISABEL AND FRANK FOR YOUR HEART WARMING ACCOMODATION. Splendid place to stay. Such a warm feeling family kept hotel. Isabelle and Frank were so helpful with everything. We were leaving early every morning before breakfast time, but they were able to provide the awesome breakfast to us anyway. And they picked us from and to the Biot railway station. Just perfect. Very sympathetic owners who really made you feel welcome. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. Very good value for money. Hope to return soon. Only a pity that too few people wanted to have dinner. The owner is a good chef and professional in running the place. Nice room with nice interior and aircon. The hosts are friendly and speaks English. The place is really quiet and close to Marineland, train station and the beach. Croissants and bread were delicious at breakfast. The location was in a quiet area but close to all forms of public transport. The staff were really friendly and helpful and were very patient with my limited French. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast given the French standards. English spoken, though not by every member of the staff. Air conditioning. Lovely accommodation plus excellent breakfast with generous portions. I didn't mind the walking, but either you must be prepared to walk the 15 minute distance to the station whenever you go off on a trip, or come by car. WLAN connection was not working properly in the room. Nothing. May be a bit difficult to find if you have no sat-nav. WIFI in room was patchy. Slow internet. poor breakfast, lack of wifi signal in our room.
