Having read reviews about the entry codes I made sure we had ours to hand so found it very simple to get into the building and get our key. Can understand how it would be confusng if you didn't realise that you needed different codes for entry & the room but as long as you know it is easy. The room was well equipped and clean and there is a very nice bakery down the street.
The apartments is just excellent in everything (clean, neat, everything is in the room like coffee maker, kitchen tools, cleaning tools .... etc),

Everything was excellent- the staff was helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and had a big balcony overlooking the mountains. It was quiet and at the same time 20 minutes on fooot to the old part of Annecy.
We found the hotel very comfortable and clean. I liked the laundry facilities. We had a studio apartment and enjoyed the cooking facilities too.
Big apartment, one bedroom more than we needed, separate small kitchen, and spacious balcony!.

The fridge was ridiculously loud, must have been broken. Made it a bit difficult to sleep.
Reception has quite limited opening times. There is no breakfast on weekends. I think it's not within walking distance of Annecy's center.
