It's an excellent family run small hotel, situated on the territory
of Annecy' castle. The excellent view on the town. 1 min walk from
the lake. 10 min walk from the train station. Comfortable rooms with
very comfortable beds. The breakfast is very good and unlimited. The
owner is always there if needed. You feel like a guest, hosted by
traditional french family. Perfect.
Great B&B, it felt like staying in a family member's home. It is
a true B&B so if you are looking for luxuries that hotels have or
amenities this would not be it. But I loved the property, gave me the
feeling of living in Annecy, very quaint and charming. I highly

The hotel is a charming typically French family run establishment in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town area of Annecy. Beautiful views from the shuttered windows over the town towards the mountains.
Annecy is absolutely stunning, the lake is beautiful, and the old town reminds one of Venice. Superb choice of restaurants, bars, shops, and pavement cafes to take breakfast. Highly recommend Annecy as a place to visit.
Proximity to Old Town and view; made the walk up and down worthwhile. There is no lift in the Hotel so be prepared to walk stairs to 1st & 2nd floors. However the view is wonderful!.

I loved the cottage feel of this hotel. The staff was excellent and the location couldn't be beat (close to main restaurant street and lake).

No blow dryer would be my only complaint. You could hear noise from
other rooms but this did not bother me. Most hotels in Europe this seems
to be the case.

The water flow in shower and sink wasn't very strong, though that may have been atypical. Certainly not worth complaining to the management about in our case.

No a complaint, but the hotel is a bit of a steep hike from the old town. Not far in distance terms but not suitable if you can't walk up a steep hill.
The room was extra small. Not enough parking for the hotel guests. Had to pay to park nearby.

Very small room with no curtains, fan or air con, could not sleep sleep at all. Would not recommend this hotel.
