Well situated, Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room. Location and beauty of the manor grounds sitting in the shadows of Ambroise castle. Staff was welcoming and helpful. They spoke perfect English because my French is rusty.The layout of the traditional room under the dormers was bizzare, with strange steps that caused a fall during the night and a terrible layout of the shower attached to half timbers in the center of a bath tub! Not for this price. Having said this however, our second room for our extended family was much better and of course I paid more for it!.
