(recommeded). Unobstructed sea views, nice pool, generous living space & balcony. staff is friendly, there is a swimming pool and a small fitness room. Location. Very well fitted.well maintained.nice and quiet. The mini apartment we stayed in had everything we needed. It is not luxurious and very small but quite comfortable with a view of the bay from the balcony. Our rate included breakfast which was quite sufficient with some sliced meat, cheese and on one day boiled eggs as well as bread, pastries and jams. We accepted the option to pay 5 euros per night for secure parking and were lucky enough to have a room accessible from the multi level car park. This is not a luxury resort but for our purpo. Nice appartment and location - however outside the city. Good view and a very nice large balcony. All in all clean and nice - and also very happy about the gym. All in all a good experience. Nice room, good breakfast, safe car park. Rooms with lovely seaside view. Beautiful coastline and access to 2013 Tour de France stages. the view from the balcony. No housekeeping if you are staying 4 days or more. Probably too far out of the centre of Ajaccio if you want to spend most of your visit in the city. Limited dining if you want to go out and do not have a car. The piscine wasn't open until April..:(. Internet not very good but usable. Rooms and interior a bit outdated. Paid 850 Euro for one week, but towels was not included (for the bathrom), cost 10 euro extra... strange and stupid acc to the price... (it´s not a budget hotel,,,). Extra charge for car parking, flight of steps from reception to reach lift, spa/sauna closed, foul smell from toilet (had to keep bathroom door closed). no restaurant, only snack!. Why did we have to pay for towels? Why no spare toilet rolls. Why 2 cracked chairs on the balcony. This excellent property should really have a top rating. Way too many people and screaming children at the pool - very noisy around the pool. The restaurant is a joke - buy some microwave food and you will eat better. Offpeak the reception closes earlier than stated. Watch out for the bath towel fee. A bit remote from Ajaccio. 15 minute drive to the city, which we consider too far. The room is so small that you cannot even close the door. Very old furnishings. For this price you can really deserve much much more!.

If you wish to rent a bicycle it is recommended to inform the property in advance via the special requests box when reserving. From November to March, reception is open at the following times: Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00. From April to October, reception is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00. Please inform the property in advance in case of check-in after 21:00 and advise them of the number of guests per accommodation. For stays of 4 nights or more, the cleaning is done upon check-out. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is included. Please inform Résidence Les Calanques in advance of your expected arrival time.
