The personnel were friendly. We booked the hotel for 2 nights, but could stand it only for one (extremely noisy location, no condition, bad chemical smell). The personnel was nice and understanding and refunded us the second nice (and paid some compensation!). So we moved to Villa Marlioz 5 min away,which is lovely!. The restaurant service in the sister hotel was friendly but very much cafeteria quality. We were served by five different staff. The minute you were finished your course your next course was served by another member of staff with no time to relax between courses.. The overall experience in the restaurant was appalling. I feel qualified to make these comments as I have had and run my own rerestau.

Please note that the Institute and Spa will be closed from 18 June 2018 until 26 June 2018. The spa will open as usual on the morning of 27 June 2018. Guests have access to the heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and hammam for an extra charge. Please note that guests must wear sandals to access the spa and wellness centre. Guests who do not bring sandals can purchase them onsite. Access to the wellness centre and beauty treatments are available from Tuesday to Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 and on Sunday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, exclusively for guests accommodated at the hotel. The wellness centre is closed on Monday. Children under 16 years are not permitted in the spa. Guests are required to use the same credit card as the one used when booking. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
