  Loved the stuff, just SO friendly (excpect when i showed up at 3 a.m. and the door was locked and I had to wake up the owner:P). The location is really good considering it's Nice (10 minutes walk from the centre), really close to tramway and the railway. Wifi in the room. - Isabelle, the lady on reception, was lovely and friendly, even loaning us... what people say » her umbrella for the day. Nice breakfast. Room and bathroom small but clean and perfectly adequate.

  Our stay was perfect. The hotel is quite small, so do not expect 24 hr room service or spa and a ipool. But the room size is perfect, large balcony ( seaside is strongly recommended), sound of waves even through closed baclcony doors, that's how close it is to the water. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Very clean. Everyone who works there is sup... what people say » er nice. We stayed there with two kids (14 and 10)for 12 nights. Plenty of things to do around there, if you have a car. Would definitely recommend i - Everything...what a wonderful place to stay, so new, so comfortable, unbelievably good food with the Mediterranean lapping under the deck. Fabulous staff, so helpful, English speaking. Beautiful marina with great restaurants nearby. I can't say enough about this great stay.

  The kids loved the hotel because of the playstation downstairs and the swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. We loved the friendly staff in the restaurant and the great food - we had breakfasts and dinners there. They made us feel welcome all the way, they even gave the kids presents when we arrived! There is a tramway close by. - This was a fantastic hotel to stay in as we had a toddler with us who loved the pool. Although the prom was a 10 min walk we were so pleased we stayed in the Novotel as we were able to see all areas of Nice with only a short walk. The food, staff and facilities were excellent and if I ever stay in Nice again i will be booking this hotel.

  The staffs at the reception were really helpful. they know a lot about Nice, where to eat, what to do & even provided us with map and train timetable. The train station to monte carlo on 4 blocks fr the hotel! The room suits our need. We travelled with a baby so it was good to have a kitchenette. We knew before booking that room service only ... what people say » available every other day, but didn't find that a nuisance. Carrefour just across the street, easy to get any essentials there. - We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram stop which is handy.
