  I liked the hotel and I like Best Western chain in general. Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say. They wrote that parking has to be paid extra in the description, but it's free on weekends. Payment required Mo-Fr... what people say » until 6 pm only. We parked for free right next to the entrance for free over the weekend. - I have been staying at this hotel for several years and enjoyed it. The hotel offers spa, healthy food both for breakfast and at the restaurant, splendid interior design. The staff is responsible and polite. It takes you 20 minutes by bus to the centre.   I am a very regular business traveller and I kow what to expect - they managed to exceed my expectations each day - lots of small things where they went "above and beyond" to make me feel welcome.   I came to this lovely hotel to relax for a couple of days and my intention was a success due to the peaceful natural setting, excellent facilities and wonderful aqua park. The hotel is situated by the beautiful lake almost in the forest. The room rate is inclusive of rich breakfast, as well as aqua park in the morning and during the day.   The location was fabulous. We liked the check-in procedure (hassle-free). The space was better than expected. Amenities were also wonderful. We hope to use "StayAt Hotels" again! - The room we stayed at was magnificent! I'd recomment this hotel to anyone seeking for comfort and calamity. Sauna was awesome too! :)
