Close to train and bus station and accessbile to the rest of the town. Also was quiet and clean.

Needed to explain on the website that the room code was only given after 4pm on the day of arrival. This was not made clear and as I was travelling, I had to call to check what it was.

the location is excelent and the facilities are good

Dispite calling to them, they couldn't send the room code before 4pm. I had to wait 5h...

Cheap, clean, internet (which you have to request when booking (although the whole of Oulu has free wi-fi)).

I was worried about the key code access which they email and text you on the day but there were no problems.

Check-in went smooth with text message on code for all doors on the day of arrival. Location opposite Oulu railway station and 200 mtr from Oulu busstation (local & regional) is good if you are just stopping over in Oulu (not visiting the centre). Basic but clean place.

Building looks very uninviting, interior hallways are prisonlike. Further from the centre than I liked (just 10 min walk, but feels like more). Reception not staffed on weekends.
