Everything was perfect! From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased with the staff and how attentive they were to our needs. The room was quite large and very clean, the bathroom very modern (the tv was a nice touch!) and breakfast very delicious!

The location is the best in Helsinki right by the harbour. The hotel is a luxury boutique sized hotel. The rooms are large and very nicely appointed with big bathrooms. Ask for a harbour view room. It has a decent spa. The Havis restaurant and the very old Sundmans Krog brasserie are lovely. Overall this hotel is smart, with a lovely lounge and nice relaxed atmosphere. The hotel position is great just few blocks away from central station.
Staff was kind and room clean, comfortable and soundproof, though the hotel is located directly on the street and just above the pub.
After check out they were also so kink to keep our (cabin size) luggage for the morning.

We had a lovely stay in kongressikoti. The host was very hospitable and friendly. The room was spacious and it came with in-room facilities that make this hostel scores high in value-for-money. It is a small hostel with only about 10 rooms, but the design makes it very homey. We definitely had a pleasant stay.
