The location was fabulous. We liked the check-in procedure (hassle-free). The space was better than expected. Amenities were also wonderful. We hope to use "StayAt Hotels" again!. The room we stayed at was magnificent! I'd recomment this hotel to anyone seeking for comfort and calamity. Sauna was awesome too! :). The apartment was very beautiful, clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, too. We were more than satisfied.

The size of the rooms and the kitchen allowed us to stay more economically by fixing breakfast and some dinners in the room. We also found the location terrific with a short walking sistance to the waterfront.The apartment was much larger than expected and very well furnished. The location was very quiet, though central, with a small supermarket nearby. Altogether a very enjoyable stay. Good location, clean and well equipped, very spacious apartment. If you are going to order 4-person stay, you should know that only one double bed would be a real one in a bedrom and two singles would be folding beds. no, it was wonderful!. I felt that there should have been a better supply of towels. A minor grumble - there were four adults in our party but only three cups, glasses etc and one saucepan. More crockery would have been useful, but every other need was very well catered for. Also, one of the extra beds had been broken by a previous occupant and was out of use. Perhaps more rigorous checking after each booking would be a good idea.Make sure that you have the correct codes and info required for entry to the building and access to the key box. Not a problem for us, but make sure you get the details before you arrive!. The piping system in a washstand not in the order, only 6 channels of TV, not one in Russian.There was no oven or a suction fan above the stove. No phone extension downstairs. The problem appeared with opening the entrance room door (from inside). It is very hard to open it. So I stuck in room several times because I couldn’t open the door. Elevator is also very old and insecure. Having only one key per room is absolutely ridiculous and is extremely inconvenient. This must change. Also, certain rooms booked the sauna every single night and no one enforced the "2 hour/week maximum." Also, there was no way to turn off the heater in the washroom, which was very inconvenient. Washing machine instructions should also be in English as many guests cannot read Finnish.The double bed was much too soft so we did not sleep well until one of us moved to a foldable spare bed. The kitchen was nice but had no real oven (just a microwave), so we could not really cook there as we had intended. Only one window which could open and as it was at ground level, unsafe to leave open. Very hot inside with no cooling - fan or air conditioning.Not having a reception was a little inconvenient. No body is in your hotel, I am very worry ,contact only telephone.
