Quiet, friendly staff with answers to all questions we had, for example reception girl sugested us a very good restaurant in the city. Parking on the inner parking lot. We had a room with separate room for children, which was a very nice surprise for us. Nice hotel in 5 minutes from AHHAA and 10 minutes from city centre. Perfect for families. Free parking. And Tartu is really wonderful.

Nice staff, big and clean room, good location. - close to City Center. Reception staff. Very comfortable clean hotel and room, cheaper than city centre; on quiet street away from most traffic. Tartu has attractive old centre and historical sites; vibrant city life and good restaurants. Friendly Staff, a good Estonian style pub in the hotel with live music. Only 3,5 EUR by taxi to city centre or a 10 min walk. Strong WiFi in the room. Good location, only a short walk to city center. location. Breakfast could be better, but still ok. nothing bad to say. everything is okay. The smell of petrol in the corridords and in the bathroom was hardly bearable (in the same building they have a kind of garage, as far as I understood), but in the room everything was OK. Breakfast was mediocre and was not worth 7 eur we paid for it. - the inventory was basic but clean. - thin walls to the room neighbors. Did not take the expensive 7 euro breakfast. Hotel is 15-20 minute walk without luggage from centre or bus station. Complex infrequent one-way circular city bus routes stop nearby, but no helpful information available to avoid walking everywhere. - A bit noisy due to the pub and the nightclub in the vicinity. The historical city center is just in 10 min walk, but the hotel itself is located in that part of Tartu which is not the most beautiful and romantic. The view from my window was a kind of industrial landscape. Breakfast is not included in rooms price and will cost u additional EUR 7 per person. We stayed here on a Friday and a Saturday night. In our room we had the 'pleasure' of pumping beats untill the morning from the adjecent disco. Very annoying. Beds wasn`nt the best. Sanitary equipment was partially out of order. Smell in bath room. Breakfast which was paid ( 7 EUR ) in addition to room was something very terrible - almost no food on the tables. Strange place ...
