The hotel is full of character and is so convenient to the main square in Tallinn. The thing that made the holiday for us was the staff. They were really pleasant and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them. We got upgraded due to low season and got an excellent suite 213, thank you for that, we really enjoyed the room, the Entrecote restaurant, the Ice bar abd the sauna (private at no extra cost).

With no shower curtain, water goes everywhere, and dangerously close to a set of smiling wall sockets.Ice Bar was very disapointing and not as brochure read, also we ate in the KD restaurant one night, only 3 main courses on the menu and the place was empty, which comes first?. Nothing to fault. Excellent central location.The fan in the bathroom was quite loud. Breakfast staff need some polishing up. I have paid for parking but I have not even used it - and paid 20.00 eurwith out waring that service costs 20.00 eur per night. Very nice hotel,but notice for what you are paying. we found a make-up item under the bed from a previous occupant, obviously had not been properly cleaned.Heating was a little difficult to regulate in very cold weather.There is no lift!. Given the price of the accommodation I consider the hotel offered only "Fair Value For Money". Certain amenities were lacking. The room was somewhat smaller than one would expect for the cost. The bathroom was small and there were insufficient towels. No parking close by. No hair dryer available in the room. Room doors do not keep voices from the corridor away. The beds are indeed shortish. carpet and curtains were very dirty, if your order a twin room it shoulkd be a twin.
