  Nice hotel, relaxed atmosphere. A lot of guests came to the hotel for kiting or diving. We came for kiting. In the morning many guests take the shuttle to the kite house, so i think the hotel will be pretty quiet during day time. The kite house is incredible. All the facilities you need for kiting plus a lot of places to rest. Good food, friend... what people say » ly people. I wish we had the kite house on my home spot... Kite conditions were excellent. I think we were lucky so early in the season. We had good w - Very kind people, always happy to help us. The cookers understand what gluten free means! Quiet and comfortable rooms.   I am a well travelled person, and I have stayed in many parts of Egypt, but I can honestly say that Les cascades is truly a fabulous hotel. Staff are superb, service is second to none and Soma Bay beach is just wonderful. Why would anyone fly for so many hours to the carribean, when this place of wonder is only 4 and a half hours away! Very nice swimming pool. If you like to be in a nice quite place, then this is the hotel to be in. The hotel is very far away from town which could be an advantage (or a disadvantage to some).   The staff was always concerned and interested in our opinion, without exception. They really want to make sure you are having a good time. The shuttle in and out of Palm Royale was well organized, and the amenities are all easy to access. It was a noticeably down time at the hotel though. Staff also paid great attention to our 8 year old and always made her feel welcome. - Wonderful thoughtful helpful staff, always smiling and making a really happy atmosphere. Every luxury,and variety of food in a choice of good restaurants at all prices. Beautiful beach and bay, plenty of sun loungers and shade. Riding on good ponies available at the hotel, and many water sports to watch, One of the best places we have been on holiday in recent years. Highly recommended.

  Almost everything was great. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They have a lot of entertaining programs and sport activities. There are a gym and two nice swimming pools for adults and for kids. The territory of the hotel is very clean, they plant a lot of flowers and trees there and taking care of it a lot. But I'd say it deserves 4 stars instead of 5 - I take it for 4 nights, the hotel is nice, as value for money, do not leave without trying the Badawy Tent dinner, Italian restaurant at the beach is nice idea, to easily have your launch without a need to go to the main restaurant, Main restaurant has good varieties, Snorkeling from beach directly, no need to have costly trip but the view and scene underwater is not that good the heated pool. My advice, is nice pick and I might go there again,

  First of all i would like to thank Mr M ina at the reservation for being highly proffesional and flexible. in fact we were offered a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel this was really very nice and comfortable.also the kind welcoming Mr Karim at the reception.and a very big appreciation to the fantastic chefs crew the food was really amazing a... what people say » nd very delecious.very clean and nice comfortable large new and modern style room.nice lagoon and pools.very nice kids club with lovely and funny kids - The hotel was great however it is difficult to judge because it has been open only for one month. It was a great place to relax and enjoy good weather, nice beach ( snorkling is a must). The service was ver good and polite. We really liked the oriental restaurant Al Jeezera. The food was just amazing. Easy access to good snorkling ( directly from the beach) Nice spa facilities All in all very nice place to relax!
