The staff were simply brilliant, nothing was a problem, the Hotel, albeit quite aged, was fantastic as were the facilities, the beach literally 1 minute away, it was a refreshing 10 minute walk into the Narma Bay Centre along a lovely path with Shops - Resturants galore, as good a Holiday i have ever had, finally the Locals were nice, not overpowering in getting you to visit there Shops - Restuarants - Bars, hassle free all round.
all reviews » I stayed in Beach resort it was close to the beach. Room was cleaned every day. No body asking tips. Within the resort they advised us where to go each night. Room service was quick. A padi certified dive centre was right next to resort. A 15 minute walk from the resort to Naema Centre where most of nights clubs and resturants. A long side beach. Nice and quiet at night. Good value for money. Highly Recommanded. - Clean and new room furniture. - Housekeeping. - Chief Mohammad made our breakfast needs perfect ( our sunny-side up eggs was made to perfection). - Security on the beach was well controlled. - Beach water activities was a plus. - Mr. Islam at the reception went over the limit in providing a temporary room until our room is ready as our flight was too early. - Thai massage at the spa was perfect. The Marriott was situated close enough to the beach, naama bay, supermarkets etc so those areas were easy to access but it also it was far enough so it wasn't noisy. it was amazing hotel and friendly staff, we do all the facilities like swimming playing at the pool Karaoke and many things, i recommend this hotel for all travelers to Sharm. long walk between rooms and buildings but you can see flowers when you walk along to the room. The staff were excellent, could not do enough to help us! They changed our room so we were closer to the beach free of charge and allowed us to stay in the room until 5.00pm as opposed to 1.00pm at no extra cost!. Overall it Was a good stay and Will repeat the trip soon. Thanks to the amiable staff and the chefs for the mouth Watering dishes. The music at the pool is awful. Very loud music all day long and in the afternoon only Arabic music extremely loud. The cleaning schedule - would only have our room cleaned when we were in to open the door. To improve this, maybe have signs saying 'Please Clean This Room' just like the 'do not disturb' sign. They turn the air condition off while i was asleep The check in was so crowdy. furniture are quite old, very limited place for buffet foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner, limited place around the lobby, no wi-fi access at the rooms, no security check on the access to hotel from sea side where is public area and walking place that no security control on the access to whole hotel facilities and rooms,. the bathroom it needs renovation. Well I have booked 2 room to be next to each other or at least on the same floor. But they did not do it. Also at the arrival we had to waite for almost one hour until we have given the romos. The standerd of the romos and services are not marriot standerds in other towns not even in Cairo. But it is ok. The dinner is not tasty and not delicious .must be more fresh and good cooked and clean. I didn't like the resturant it is very poor. Hotel staff was lovely apart from guy called Yasser at the reception who was rude not just me but on observing he was rude to everyone! Our room was at the other side of the hotel side which was a good 10-15 walk - al though we did get used to the walk bring fit and healthy they should have specified. Breakfast was nice but with limited variety. Nearly all 5 stars are more like 4 and this hotel was the same. Rooms not equipped by new staff or modern services. Need to walk too much to reach main gate and breakfast rest. The room is filled with fly'S. Lots of them. Also the spa is very small comparing to a 5 star hotel. Also check in took a long time and did not give us the room I request and pay for. Breakfast was soo poor, repeatable with no change every day same food !. The workers and staffs. The spa The massage The food. Bathroom, pool and food. Bad reception and impolite staff while check in. There is much to tell but the words can't explaine what they have done to me. The hotel lacks security guards/cameras, as there are a lot of young Arab guys who are fishing around girls for inappropriate behavior. The hotel should make is clear that they have 2 locations, one is on the sea side & the other one is of the dessert side, across the road, instead of saying sea / garden / mount "view"!. guest between 45-65. Beach bar has the worst service ever. Front desk personel. This is not a 5 star may be 3 , should have Listen to other people Comments , same Breakfast every day. not friendly at all.
