The staff at the Lido were very friendly and helpful, and the room was lovely and comfortable, looking right on to the Red Sea. The breakfast buffet was good and having fresh omelettes every morning was wonderful! I recommend dining at, or just visiting, the deck where the lion fish are hunting in the evening - absolutely mesmerising!. Everything was just great, rooms are big and clean so comfortable. Restaurant staff and food was more than wonderful tastes just like home. Beach is clean and well kept though a bit small. Beach staff too are so hospitable and friendly. Mr. Tamer the GM was always around making sure everything is going perfect.
all reviews » Our stay in the hotel was a joy, the staff were highly cooperative especially Mr. Karam at the reception, Mr. Samuel at the bars, Mr. mansour in the resturants,Mr Mohammad(swimming pools attendant).In general our stay was amazing.For sure I recommend this hotel for a family. I loved the Location, the beach, the swimming pool on deck.... Staff were so friendly and nice people .... nearby to everything: Neamaa bay and the marine for the sea trips... really enjoyed our stay... next time will be there inshaa Allah. Honesty of the house keeping staff. Location in naama bay near from everything. Welcoming staff. Cleaniness of everything. They change the bed sheets daily. The sea view from the balcony of any room is perfect and amazing. The location was great, food was more than excellent and special thanks to the restaurant and mr Tamer the GM who was always there checking on guests comfort. Great job keep it up. The location is amazing. The hotel takes the shape of a boat. The view on deck is breathtaking. You are in the heart of Sharm and still can enjoy relaxing mornings and evenings. Free wifi for the duration of the visit instead of the 150mb provided would also have been nice, especially as it was freely available elsewhere in Sharm. To be honest we did not like the variety of the resturants- buffet.Eventhough the food was good and the place was very clean, but still upgrading is still needed. Food wasn't that good, but its OK ... we also enjoyed it :). It's a very calm hotel and this is not bad but i traveled alone and hoped the organize a daily concerts and shows at night. They do that on monday and thursdays only. But u can walk ti find the night life very near from the hotel. The front office staff attitude, they were not very friendly and not keen on helping. It was my first time at sharm el sheikh, so I cannot compare with other hotels. Nothing. Despite its special location but the beach was relatively small. The pool is pretty small...Hotel is not good for young friend groups because there is no activation at night. Nothing. - Internet ( But you can buy internet modem with internet sim card from Etisalat ( internet service provider ) for only 30 usd . and it is 4.0 gigabyte ( gb ) . !!! Nobody actually thought of this thing . No free/unlimited internet at the hotel, you have to bargain almost everywhere, some garbage bags were thrown on the parking, limited trustworthy food, and tip seems mandatory if you want a complete service!. Having to leave. Noise from other areas at Naama Bay. nothing. المطعم. it's a small hotel the taste of food not always good. transportation was difficult. small rooms and internet are poor. nothing. excursions lacking. Every aditional service not free 1 bus from.air port to the hotel and aginst 2the wifi not free.3 Breakfast was poor or normal, All these points were free last year with my experienc in Hayyat Resort Thanks and Regards. They did not make my room ready dispute confirmed booking.. No airport pickup .. Food was not that's good. nothing. Needed trap in toilit water not going and to slope the ground taile. none. Serious maintenance issues with the property. Breakfast Buffet was basically the same thing everyday. Room furnishings look worn and dated. Televisions in the room were extremely small. Warning! Housekeepers prefer drink your open wine. Mechanical problems all over the hotel, water temperature in the bathroom fluctuating, sometimes cold, sometimes very hot (our baby burned), many mosquitoes inside the room, not professional personnel, we ordered french bed and they gave us 2 separate beds, we had to change the room, no sink in the toilet, weird design. We couldn't enter the Nema Bay by the car while i'm already notified the hotel that I need to reserve Car parking. They do not support rooms with shampo. Nothing. 1. Room I requested was very, very dirty (I will report the hotel with photos I took) 2. Pushy to check out even I told I will pay for late check out. 3. They did not provide an ironing machine when I asked for it (I waited so long) & they did not even apology for not providing it until the next day (my check out day) 4. I absolutely won't recommend this hotel to my friends & family although the hotel has a nice sea view!!. they donot replace shower gel and bth staff daily.u should request no availble free interent breakfast was so limited beach area is small and the pool also small . u r not allowed to take more than one towel perday for pool and beach togther. staff are not helpful at all, i waiting for my room a long time with no valid reason for waiting. hotel location is away from el salam street, you have to walk long distance to get taxi Staff was terrible... i planned to be their for a week but i ended ot early لا يوجد باركينج خاص بالفندق و لا يمكن الدخول بالسيارة حتى الفندق لوجود نقطة تفتيش فى أول نعمة تمنع السيارات من الدخول. I don't like any thing it was bad experiance.
