Best hotel view in sharm el sheikh. Too many people with upset tummies using the pool!. The beach so small and so rocky, but great for snorkeling. No free WIFI, you have to pay for it in the lobby. Most of the restaurants are for booking perior although most of them are empty they still don't except any body untill one day reservation. not easy to get around the hotel except through special train-like-elevator which get you from your room to the beach. - Not close to big supermarket. - No transportation from the airport to the resort. evening entertainment was not very good. The jetty was closed most of the time because of some wind and we could not swim most of the time and one full day. Practically they waited the sea to be almost stand still before allowing to swim, really far too strict and not nice for good swimmer who might just like to swim over the not necessarily along the reef. Too oriented to all inclusive package guests, especially the restaurants and menus. Food are very bad, poor quality, taste very bad. The staff are not professional at all. They are rude and they tried several times to short change us on cash. Check in process took way too long, and during check out they did not permit a late check out. The staff are rude and needed tips to help us. Breakfast buffet was scarce. the food. the variety of food. Food quality awful, they've really skimped on this, Hilton has really gone downhill in the last few years. Staff rudely assumed everyone was 'all inclusive' and could be most unhelpful until realising we were not all inclusive. Noise at night til 1am from onsite bar, pounded through the walls, despite moving rooms to get away from it. Food was bad and doesn't reflect 5 stars hotel. Air conditioner out of the room is so bad and many of the restaurants don't have AC at all !!. I am sorry but the food is still terrible.
