Almost everything was great. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They have a lot of entertaining programs and sport activities. There are a gym and two nice swimming pools for adults and for kids. The territory of the hotel is very clean, they plant a lot of flowers and trees there and taking care of it a lot. We liked food, but almost they have the same menu with little changes every day. The hotel itself was fine. But I'd say it deserves 4 stars instead of 5.
all reviews » I take it for 4 nights, the hotel is nice, as value for money, do not leave without trying the Badawy Tent dinner, Italian restaurant at the beach is nice idea, to easily have your launch without a need to go to the main restaurant, Main restaurant has good varieties, Snorkeling from beach directly, no need to have costly trip but the view and scene underwater is not that good the heated pool. My advice, is nice pick and I might go there again,. Very good hospitality as friends as I feel at home Varaitey of entertainment every day as no boring at all every day new show , good service and it was very good vacation we feel so great.. The Staff are very friendly, tried their best to help us, and provide what we asked for. Despite what I didn't like about them. Amazing staff. Wonderful and tasty food. Enjoyable animation programs. The animation team was awesome, the food was varied and good taste. The stuff was very kind and helpful. the location is a little bit far but quite and impressive The rooms, the resturants, the gardens, the pools, and the beach are fine and clean. Bathroom was not cleaned that well every day. Also in our room shower was not working properly, water was changing from cold to hot unexpectedly. Water itself had a strange yellow color. Pharmacy has almost nothing, for young kids, my son got sick and I need to get out in order to get basic medicine for him, the nearest pharmacy is about 0.5 KM away from hotel, which is not bad. the Location is nice for me because I prefer isolated location but if you prefer something is the middle of the city you may not like it. The staff are not professionally trained, check in took a really long time, as well as the check out. Small things weren't up to standard such as they only put small towels in the bathroom for the 1st day. After that they didn't when I asked house keeping they said we didn't get them from the laundary for 3 days. To be very honest I hardly find it true to say they as a 5 star facility, they are Max 4. Also the food selection was extremely poor. No drinking mineral water provided in the rooms. Beach is not sandy. nothing. Water refill is not included in room minibar. the reservation team is incompetent, promises with no actions Food is not up to the standard for a 5 starts hotel.
