  Everything was excellent during our stay, but that maybe because the hotel had just been open for 1 month. The staff are all very friendly, attentive and polite. The hotel is extremely clean and very modern.   Friendly and great, central location. Really want people to stay and enjoy the Hotel. We arrived by train and the Hotel then free of charge allowed us to take a taxi at their expense to the Cairo Airport. This Hotel deserves to be recognised for its 'caring about your stay' and showing the 'best side of Egypt'. - Very helpful and friendly staff.... what people say » Hotel located on top floor of building. The view of the city from the balcony is great. The staff is excellent; the whole place exceptionally clean; and the decor is wonderful. I am a female solo traveler and felt very comfortable here.

  Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its... what people say » taste, they apologized and offered to serve me another dish on them, and they sent a complimentary fruit platter as well. The staff at breakfast are - probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

  There was an issue with the card room key system when I arrived - the staff was quick to provide a solution. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. - I was amazed at number of good restaurants and variety under one roof. Each restaurant had its own beautiful ambience, decor, lighting, and excellent food.
