Special thanks for the Osmally restaurant and the Italian Restaurant staff, they were very nice and served delicious food, also special thanks for the hotel for providing a birthday cake during our stay

Even we stayed on the 8th floor Nile view room, still we could hear street noise but it is OK.

all restaurants at the hotel serve excellent foods with super friendly staffs and high class environment. The spa facility is quiet good. All in all it is a very pleasant experience to stay in such enjoyable hotel in cairo.

The tour guide the hotel arranged for us took us too some very expensive shops she worked with to shopping. Strongly recommended not to use the hotel to arrange any tour around cairo.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and really wanted to make you feel at home. Excellent service. Free internet in the room was a welcome treat. The location was also excellent.

All staff provide really good service ... and two in particular .. the manager and the young waitress in the chocolate bar were excellent ... Rooms were of a very high standard and food on a par with any 5 star I have stayed in ..

To be honest I could not find anything that I did not like or was a problem .. and that's a first for me!!

Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its taste, they apologized and offered to serve me another dish on them, and they sent a complimentary fruit platter as well. The staff at breakfast are great. Bottom line, if you're satisfied with the staff, the hotel becomes the greatest. For me at least. I tried the Osmanly resturaunt, the food is delicious.

It would've been better if they have told me that there's an extra charge on the adapters that I asked for. Because I accedentally got 2 extra adapters, more than what I needed, but I didn't return them right away.

Details. Everything's considered. Very clean, very luxorious and absolutely beautiful view over the Nile! Entertaintment in the room makes sure you never have to leave the room if you don't want to.

Some of the staff (front desk) are slightly arrogant. Athmosphere could be more relaxed, felt like I have to defend myself to the receptionist. One seemed to assume you're wrong until proved otherwise. Pool/roof terrace was a lot smaller than I expected.

probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

We both had a massage at the spa which was fantastic. We had dinner at Osmanly and it was delicious - our compliments to the Chef. Our waiter was extremely helpful in recommending dishes. View over the Nile was a great way to end our Egyptian adventure. Thanks

Room was excellent. We had a Medina suite, with a sitting room and two bathrooms. The food in the restaurants was generous and of high quality. The service was good. With tourism down in Egypt, the cost of the room was very reasonable.

Quiet hotel, friendly staff, easy to go everywhere: pyramids, Islamic Cairo, new Cairo, felucca ride, the opera house. It's my cozy place in Cairo.

we found this hotel on luxurygroup.com and booked directly. We've stayed in other Kempinski hotels and knew the company. This new hotel sure did a good job and we can't wait to go back.

The hotel is too much below my expecation in terms of its entrance, facilities, furniture, and room size. It is not suitable for those who look for luxury and relaxation.
